When we spoke to Laural Merlington, she had just begun recording UNLUCKY IN LAW, the tenth title in the Perri O’Shaughnessy series of legal mysteries. “There’s comfort in a long-running series,” she told us, “because you know the author’s style.” Laural has had a chance to stay with the works of numerous authors—Luanne Rice, Johanna Lindsey, Kirsten Hannah—in the 100-plus audiobooks she has recorded. In Laurell K. Hamilton’s SEDUCED BY MOONLIGHT the faeries and goblins pose a particular challenge. Laural tells us she has created a vision of each of the supernatural characters.
