Join us for a celebration the work and influences of award-winning author, Lois Lowry. Attend the studio recording of a literary evening with Lois Lowry, presented by Likely Stories. Hear professional audio narrators transform Lowry’s written words into spoken word performance.

As a member of the studio audience, you will be a part of the live recording of the evening that will include readings from THE GIVER, GATHERING BLUE, and NUMBER THE STARS. Selections from other writers who influenced Lowry’s life as a writer will also be performed. Lowry will offer comments and answer questions at the program’s end. Lois Lowry's novels THE GIVER and NUMBER THE STARS were recognized with the prestigious Newbery Award.
