The authors propose a fresh paradigm for business and personal success. Actually, as in many advice books, what they give are fresh metaphors, which can be useful, even though the underlying concepts may not be all that revolutionary. They read as they write, straightforwardly and clearly, with a minimum of jargon. An accompanying booklet outlines the main points.
