Tim LaHaye, one of the authors of the popular Left Behind series, explains Old and New Testament prophecies. His tone varies greatly; sometimes he seems to be offering careful explanations to a friend, and other times to be preaching to a full congregation. Richard M. Davidson manages every variation smoothly, changing cadence and emotional tone with ease. Davidson seems not only to understand LaHaye's complex points, but to sympathize with the message. The most dramatic moments are emphasized with brief bursts of choral music. However, this book will appeal primarily to those who share LaHaye's view of Christianity.
