THE LIGHT FANTASTIC

Narrators Lauren Ezzo and Todd Haberkorn create an intense audio experience, requiring the listener's undivided attention. Four days after the Boston Marathon bombing, from Delaware to California, in a three-hour timespan, something ominous is brewing. Ezzo and Haberkorn enter the minds of seven people--from April Donovan to the Mastermind to members of The Forum--as they contemplate the consequences of what they're setting in motion. We're immersed in their thoughts, feeling their anger, fear, confusion, shame, and hope. We hear their panic as the hour draws near and doubts begin to chip away at their commitment to the plan. Using pacing, tone, and inflection, the narrators give characters unique voices that let the listener keep them straight and know them as individuals. N.E.M.
