Sophie Ward's delightful reading brings to life these two short chapter books by British Children's Laureate Anne Fine. In JENNIFER'S DIARY, overimaginative Lolanthe decides she simply must have her classmate's diary. In THE WORST CHILD I EVER HAD, babysitter Mrs. Mackle shares a hair-raising story about her former charge, Susan Solly. Ward's reading is exuberant but never over-the-top as it urges the young listener to laugh out loud.
