Father Meninger, a Trappist monk of St. Benedict's Monastery in Snowmass, Colorado, delivers this workshop-on-tape. Combining accept-and-release programs of forgiveness with compassionate Christian practice, he demonstrates the transmutation of meditation and prayer into forgiveness. It's hard to come away from this recording without knowing significantly more about the art and necessity of forgiveness.
