UNDERCOVER ANGEL STRIKES AGAIN

Elmo Blue is constantly being forced by his best friend, Kuba, an angel, to help classmate Archie fight against being bullied. Things come to a climax during the class trip to remote Wales. Narrator Dominic Taylor enhances Sheldon's splendid book to perfection, presenting teachers enthusiastic about Welsh plants, kids less than pleased about primitive accommodations, and Elmo's helping Archie despite himself. Taylor skillfully creates an atmosphere that changes as the bullies harass or are foiled. Since some of the kids are foreign, wordplay, puns, and misunderstandings add to the entertainment.
