Taking a page or two (or four) from George Orwell's ANIMAL FARM, the authors offer a witty and cautionary fable for business managers and ambitious workers. The considerable vocal talents of Jim Ward are put to good use as he gives an entire barnyard of animals distinctive and funny voices, not to mention humans and even a scarecrow. This audiobook is worth listening to merely for its entertainment value, though the authors drive home some important points about managing a company with common sense instead of contradictory textbook formulas.
