GLORIOUS APPEARING The End of Days

After nine years, 12 volumes, 40 million copies sold, two movies, and an endless flood of apocalyptic merchandise, faithful readers of the Left Behind series have reached the time for the long awaited Second Coming of Jesus Christ. Unfortunately for them, GLORIOUS APPEARING is underwhelming, pedestrian, repetitive, and filled with numerous bland characters. Nonetheless, Richard Ferrone's sonorous presentation inspires the ingestion of every word in this saga. Commanding attention, like thunder from a distant storm cloud, Ferrone's words reverberate. Oftentimes sounding like an evangelical preacher at a revival meeting, Ferrone presents the Second Coming and the graphic descriptions of the numerous judgments, battles, and confrontations that follow with authority.
