Along with guest speakers, the three authors give a lively and spontaneous talk on Christian leadership. All the speakers are thoughtful people whose ideas about leadership go beyond those endorsed by Christians. They show how vision, planning, and a sound moral base can be incorporated into anyone's leadership style. They warn intellectual types to lead by example and advise everyone to be honest, communicate clearly, plan ahead, evaluate performance, and leverage strengths to get things done.
