THE VANISHING POINT

With beautifully developed characters and expertly intertwined storylines, a talented team of narrators perfectly captures the emotions and interactions in this compelling listen. Julian Ladd and Rye Adler met as photography students attending the prestigious Brodsky Workshop. The two are not friends but do become roommates and competitors--in photography and for the love of a fellow student named Magda, portrayed by Saskia Maarleveld. Two decades later, Julian, voiced by the incredible Fajer Al-Kaisi, sees Rye's obituary and feels compelled to attend the funeral. Though suicide is suspected, there is no body, and the multilayered thriller unfolds. The narrators perfectly weave the lives of the characters over more than 20 years--with tones and pacing that match the engrossing plotlines.
