RELENTLESS

Tom Stechschulte brings authenticity to soft-spoken Marshal Lane Morgan, sounding tough and trustworthy as needed. This traditional Western reads like a detective story as Lane unravels the clues to murder. Morgan's wife, Callie, has a felony warrant out on her in Chicago from her youth, and now her ex-husband, David Staunton, whom she hated, has been found stabbed in Morgan's Colorado town. Stechschulte provides believable voices and consistently differentiates the many townsfolk involved. He effectively communicates the agony Lane feels as he risks his marriage, his reputation, and his home to prove who killed Staunton. Stechschulte presents the story with finesse.
