This book is true fabulosity! I mean, how often do you find a groovy story about a très chic English girl? She’s stuck in Stalag 14 (an all-girls school) and living a life of pain because The Sex God (her boyfriend) moved to Kiwi-a-go-go-land (New Zealand). Then the most gorgie (gorgeous) boy arrives in town--and he’s Italian! Despite her humiliating lurker (pimple) and sticky boy entrancers (false eyelashes), our heroine sets out to win his heart. Or at least to snog (kiss) him. The marvy author reads with the spirit and voice of a fab teenager. She must be an olds (grown-up), but she’s got wisdomocity. Smashing!
