Piper Goodeve returns as narrator of the latest installment of the Little Bridge Island series, which can also be enjoyed as a stand-alone romantic comedy. Jo, a children's book author, has been struggling with writer's block, and the offer of an all-expense paid trip to Little Bridge to participate in a book festival is appealing. Her agent promises that her literary nemesis, Will, won't be there, and Jo accepts the festival's invitation. Once there, Jo is shocked to spot Will among her writer friends. What's more shocking is that Will seems sorry for his past behavior. Could these rivals make peace? Goodeve seamlessly transitions between a Southern drawl and a British accent and swings from a high-pitched voice to a deep one as Jo displays her ability to narrate her children's series.
