This is the popular biography of the Booths--Junius Booth, talented actor and alcoholic father; Edwin, one of the best Shakespearean actors of all times; and John Wilkes, so likeable and attractive that his assassination of Lincoln stunned most of his acquaintances. The book is well-written and fascinating, and it translates well to audio. Narrator Nelson Runger easily maintains listener interest with his pacing and vocal abilities.
