PERIL AT END HOUSE

by | Read by Hugh Fraser

Mystery & Suspense • 5.75 hrs. • Unabridged • © 1932

This is one Poirot story in which the famous sleuth is nearly baffled. While vacationing on the Cornish coast, Hercule and his friend Hastings become convinced that the beautiful and carefree Nick Buckley, who lives in the mysterious “End House” nearby, is the target of a determined murderer. Each character in carefully and skillfully brought to life with the usual aplomb by the wonderful Hugh Fraser. No matter what the plot’s twists and turns, Fraser makes it all believable and easy to follow. There is never a question of who is who as Fraser does a beautiful job of making each character an individual. It’s all good old-fashioned mystery fun.
