Narrator Chris Fabry has an engaging approach and tone with this lesson--a well-crafted and timely reminder that sons need thoughtful and intentional fathers for them to become effective men. Young boys, in particular, need structure and warmth from their fathers to internalize a good system for living. They need even more care and firm boundaries during their teenage years. With a more historical than biblical tone, Fabry offers examples of ancient kings who failed to provide these things for their sons, who then lost their kingdoms and their way.
