Chang says that passion is a right and a power we all have--a necessary fuel for launching and maintaining anything worthwhile. While he drifts into pure encouragement from time to time, most of the program is action oriented and is fleshed out with effective personal stories. Clarity of purpose and a clear plan are vital to the productive life. The author's reading style becomes more mechanical as the program unfolds, a characteristic that puts more pressure on the content to maintain interest.
