THE CYLONS' SECRET

Jonathan Davis uses a breathless style in the second audiobook set in the universe of "Battlestar Galactica." Unlike some other science fiction media tie-ins, this audiobook does not use music and sound effects throughout, choosing instead to depend solely on the narrator. Though the story does not match the intensity of the television series, Davis heightens the suspense with his flawless delivery of action scene after action scene. He understands the significance of events to the characters, who are all dramatically characterized with believable emotion.
