KNYGHTMARE! Tales of the Dark Forest

KNYGHTMARE is the fourth in the Tales of the Dark Forest series, which combines comedy and fantasy. Will and Rose are frightened to realize that they both have the same nightmares. They fear something sinister since the Dark Forest abounds with frights and perils. Narrator Graham Seed is splendid with clever wordplay. He also can change instantaneously from funny to horrifying. Of the large cast, his best creation is Harp, a sarcastic talking harp who corrects grammar and pronunciation. When danger arises, he shrieks, "Women and plucked instruments first," adding a dose of humor to the confusion. Nothing is what it seems to be in this story as the dream world and real world collide.
