HOLY GHOST CORNER

Theresa Hopson, the successful owner of Miss Thang's Holy Ghost Corner and Church Women's Boutique, seems to have it all. Theresa is looking for a God-fearing man who can ignite her passions, and she soon discovers she's looking for love in all the wrong places with smarmy Assistant Pastor Parvell Sikes. When she catches the eye of entrepreneur Lamont Green, she's wary. Bowen's Christian fiction explores relationships and pokes fun at the foibles of the black church. It's clear that narrator Saidah Arrika Ekulona had fun with this.
