But the flow of the book is jerky. Disparate ideas and advice appear unexpectedly and are often not connected to a discernable conceptual anchor. Rick Plastina's consistently upbeat narration adds some continuity to the learning experience. His steady enthusiasm for the material and his appealing tone and pacing make the listening journey enjoyable, if not always predictable in its destination or focus.
