Jilly Bond's excellent performance captures the brittle, despairing quality of characters nearing the breaking point. Creating a mood of glass ready to shatter, her crystal clear, expressive voice conveys a sense of unbearable tension. The listener experiences the strain of characters coping with situations that overwhelm and exhaust them.
