Stop eating junk food, don't use over-the-counter medicines, stay away from beauty products that will soak into your system. Do yoga; check all the ingredients in the food you buy. Stop eating dead carcasses--no meat, fish, dairy. Renée Raudman is one of the best narrators in the business, but even she can't entertain and enlighten the listener amid the continual insulting name-calling. There are "kick-ass recipes for hungry girls who want to stop eating crap (and start looking hot!)." There are no nutrition references, and the list of products to buy is, even with Raudman, a droning bore. There's got to a better road to healthy living.
