THE MEMORY OF EARTH

The Oversoul, an intelligent computer, has long maintained the peace on the planet Harmony, but it is now in dire need of repair. As a result, threats to the peace are increasing, and the Oversoul uses a young boy and his family as its instruments in holding things in check while it attempts to find the repairs it needs. Stefan Rudnicki's pace is steady and even. His narration has a light touch that is sensitive to the nuances of the prose. The characters are primary in this book, and Rudnicki reflects their personalities and the complexities of their relationships. He’s a consummate storyteller who is at home with the tale he tells.
