After pleasant introductory music, Machado reads a brief lecture of Kiplinger's famous knowledge and wisdom about growing one's small business. All information is germane, but the section on expanding internationally is especially thorough. Although polished and professional, Machado is clearly reading from a script. This leaves the distasteful impression of a quick, singsong business lesson smoothly delivered. The confusing packaging is also an irritant.
