Hill's gravelly voice draws the listener into the anecdotes that illuminate the lists of statistics and numbers. Published in August 2008, Zogby's polls do not include the results of the presidential election, or the economic crisis of tight money and minimal credit. Nevertheless, Hill's narration makes the recitation of numbers intriguing and thought provoking for decision makers in business and industry today.
