Gitomer's reading comes on a disc for download to MP3 players. A DVD—which is essentially the author reading his audiobook while standing against a generic background—provides another option. Gitomer, who stresses lifelong learning, wouldn't want listeners to stop with his book, but it makes a good starting point for reconsidering dealings with customers.
