In this medieval romance, Amber the Untouched, a beautiful woman who can discern the truth by touch, despite its causing her pain, helps heal Duncan, a warrior who has lost his memory who is found greatly injured under the Sacred Rowan tree in the Disputed Lands. Sarah Scott's tiny, breathy voice is more suited to a schoolgirl than to a beautiful siren upon whom centers a prophecy of life or death. Scott provides little difference in the vocal presentation of the various characters, and the story itself is not interesting enough to make up for the lackluster audio presentation.
