DEATH ON THE NILE

In this classic, an unlikely group of travelers is aboard a yacht on the Nile when charmed heiress Linnet Ridgeway is found dead. Luckily, Hercule Poirot is on board, and sets to unraveling the dark and tangled web of murder. While the story may be familiar, the spectacular production by the BBC brings it to life in a way impossible in any other medium. Sound effects are used sparingly but effectively, shining the spotlight on the stellar performances from the cast. John Moffat is the ever-curious and observant Poirot, and Amanda Barton-Chapple plays an incredible role as the tortured Jacqueline de Bellefort.
