STAR WARS: FATE OF THE JEDI: ABYSS

ABYSS is the third novel in the Fate of the Jedi series, which is set two years after the Legacy of the Force series. Similar to the latter series, the former series is authored by Aaron Allston, Christie Golden, and Troy Denning in a cyclical style. In ABYSS, narrator Marc Thompson continues the familiar pacing and intonations of the characters in his energetic voice. Luke and Ben Skywalker continue their quest to find the reasons behind Jacen Solo's downfall. Additionally, the war of wills between the Galactic Alliance Chief and the Jedi Order is escalating. A Sith strike squad is bent on exterminating the Skywalkers. STAR WARS sound effects, including the snap-hiss of light sabers, and music make the listening experience enjoyable.
