Mystical Judaic and cabalistic teachings are the basis for this set from Rabbi Zeller. Affiliated with the Yakar Center in Jerusalem, he gives us an introduction to mystical Judaism. He delves into meditation and breathing, as well as the symbolic meaning of Hebrew letters. An enclosed pamphlet aids the listener in following the material. Also, there are songs between many of the sections. Rabbi Zeller is not a polished speaker. Indeed, reading anything else he'd be a flop.
