Passion, hate and pity abound in Brontë's dramatic story of Heathcliff and Catherine's tragic love on the untamed Yorkshire moors. British actress Freda Dowie reads with a measured pace yet captures the passion of this classic. While she's at her best with the female voices, she skillfully uses the lower register of her voice for the male characters.
