FINDING FISH

Actor Alton Fitzgerald White brings to life the childhood suffering of Antwone Quenton Fisher in this story of despair, achievement, and success. White expertly captures the loneliness and sorrow of Fisher's childhood, his determination and resolve to rise above his lot in life, and the joy he finds as an adult. This abridgment manages to capture the key events of Fisher's life, leaving few holes and keeping the listener fully engaged. Fisher, now a screenwriter in Hollywood, paints a vivid picture of life in foster care without wallowing in its attendant horrors; throughout a story stranger than fiction he rises above it all.
