A MURDER OF HONOR

A beloved priest killed in a drive-by shooting is found to have gay classified ads and a half-million dollars in cash in his closet. Two seasoned detectives will win or lose their careers, and maybe their lives, trying to untangle the case. Setting the scene immediately and convincingly, David Daoust brings a straightforward attitude to his down-and-dirty presentation of the story. His gritty performance suits the text, but his characterizations slide into one another and sometimes disappear altogether.
