The author argues that this is where geopolitics, economics, war, and peace will converge in the near future and where any country that wants world influence will need to concentrate a good deal of its energy. Narrator Michael Prichard possesses a distinctive, authoritative voice that's deep, clear, and easy to follow. In this effort, though, he sounds unengaged, and the result is a book with an important message being delivered in a desultory manner.
