Joe Sandilands, of the Special Irish Branch of the CID, calls upon Lily to go undercover as the new paramour of the Prince of Wales at a charitable ball for Russian aristocrats. Wincott's spot-on accents range from upper-class British to Cockney to Russian, and his women's voices are utterly believable. His vocal range expresses coolly conniving spies and Russian agents as well as highly emotional tension as the plot develops.
