Michael Kramer portrays Alan Grofield in cool sardonic tones that fit his character to a tee. Grofield is a part-time actor and part-time thief who is blackmailed by the United States government into the spy business. Kramer's rich voice consistently and effectively captures the essence of the small cast of characters from Vivian, the beautiful African, to Ken, the government's company man--both of whom dislike Grofield's flippant, sarcastic manner.
