Written by the group that bears his name, the program has taken the Carnegie brand and used it to present some of Carnegie's ideas about communication, decision-making, and personal relationships within a modern context. People don't obey authority blindly like they did in the Industrial Age; they need a genuine connection to an inspiring leader before they can fully commit themselves to any kind of work. Though Carnegie's ideas are nicely expanded and well organized in this program, it lacks the emotional credibility and warmth that a program needs to change habits and lives. T.W.
