In this new production of the classic 1978 text, narrator Paul Costanzo delivers the author's powerful message on leadership that transforms, rather than being concerned primarily with transactions. As the author takes listeners through case studies of leaders throughout history, Costanzo uses a gentle yet distinguished tone. While his reading is mostly straightforward, he expertly uses pauses to break up the text and allow the listener to digest the ideas. Some of the shorthand used in the text--such as "P" for power holder--can make the narration difficult to follow at times.
