Ultimate is the right word for this program. Filtering your air, avoiding common foods, and taking an incredible number of nutrients are all part of the author's plan to prevent the diseases and disorders of old age. The plan also can reverse problems like cardiovascular disease, arthritis, fatigue, and declines of libido and mental functioning. Much of the program involves research article summaries that might have been more useful if they were evaluated or boiled down to clear recommendations. But as an appendix to a complete lesson on stopping aging, the summaries work fine. This strong program is mostly dry and detailed but offers some nicely done sections on how to achieve personal balance and accept responsibility for our state of health. T.W.
