This abridgment of the sequel to LOVE IS LETTING GO OF FEAR is read by the author. The book is organized around lessons based upon Jampolsky's overcoming of depression and alcoholism. He reads, rather than delivers his message, in a slow style that focuses on a couple of words at a time instead of smoothly reading in thoughts or sentences. Since part of his message is to slow down and smell the flowers, perhaps this is intentional. Nonetheless, it gets rather tiresome (although if the tapes are heard in small sessions, perhaps it's not too distracting). A professional reader might have resulted in a smoother reading. J.E.M.
