Contest Entry Qualifications
Entrants must meet the following requirements to be entered into the drawing
for the prizes of the Reader Survey Contest:
- Residence within the contiguous United States and Canada.
- Full Name, valid email address, and valid mailing address provided at time
of survey submission.
Rules
- Only one entry per mailing address will be accepted—multiple entries will
not increase your chances of winning.
- Answers to survey DO NOT affect your chances of winning.
Dates
- 09/29/08—last day to be entered into the drawing for these prizes (extended from 08/31/08).
- 09/30/08—Drawing will be made no later than this date.
- 10/31/08—prizes will be shipped no later than this date.
