Great narrators, great stories. The works are set in the not-so-distant future, when cars drive themselves and androids have replaced people in many jobs. All the narrators are equally skilled in presenting the stories from the points of view of the main characters. One is Claire Benedek's aging punk rocker who lives at a time when punk is a blast from the distant past and live performances have been replaced by holograms. The story of the android nurse who gives his "life" to save the elderly woman he cares for is particularly moving.
