TO THE NINES

C.J. Critt pours life and breath into Stephanie Plum, the Jersey girl bounty hunter with moxie. Stephanie works for bailbondsman Cousin Vinnie and has a cop boyfriend, handsome Joe Morelli. At the same time that Stephanie and partner Lula begin tracking Singh, an Indian contract worker whose visa is up, Stephanie starts receiving bouquets and sinister e-mails from a serial killer who sends them to intended victims. High-spirited action ensues on the trail of Singh to Vegas. Thus, Critt displays her skills for regional accents, male and female voices, and the comedy/ drama readers count on from Evanovich.
