Here is a fine sampler for anyone wanting a major dose of alternative healing. Dr. Chopra walks us through the topics of quantum healing, timelessness, and metaphysics, liberally peppering all with scientific and pseudo-scientific references. Occasionally seasoning his talk with songs by George Harrison, Chopra is mellow and measured, confident and calm. This is a relaxing listen and a good primer for anyone curious about broad ideas on healing and alternative techniques for self-evolution. Despite the criticism Chopra receives for being too commercialized and patronizing, these earlier works are solid fare, well researched, and sincere. D.J.B.
