MEET THE BARKERS Morgan and Moffat Go to School

Twins Moffie and Morgie Barker (Welsh terriers) are excited about attending school, though both enjoy it differently. Moffie is the bossy twin, Morgie the good-natured, easygoing type, and each has strengths that come in handy in this new social arena. Beloved children's author dePaola reads this story himself, and he does a good job. His voice is gentle, pleasant, and warm, as though he's reading with a smile meant to reassure young children wondering whether there will be a right place for them in the brave new world of school.
