FALLING AWAKE

Isabel Wright, the most brilliant level-five lucid dream analyst at the Center for Sleep Research, was shocked when they fired her. She decoded the fine line between dreams and reality with three anonymous clients, including one who calls her "Tango Dancer." Wright refers to him as "Dream Man." Narrator Laurel Merlington fits this production well with her versatile vocal range and skill. She enhances each character, easily switching genders and ages, and ratcheting up the tension with her timing. Her realistic depiction of a sloppy drunkard's slurred words is realistic and adds to the fiendish plot. Wright's stylish romance completes this story of passion, betrayal, and murder.
