FLASHBACK The Amazing Adventures of a Film Horse

Antony's sheltered life on an Australian farm abruptly ends when he falls off his horse, Flashback, loses his memory, and is rescued by a trio of wacky film stuntmen. This kind-hearted group, all burdened with some type of affliction, work unwillingly for Tasman True, the famous leading man whose conniving ways involve Antony and his horse in a series of dangerous adventures on a movie shoot. Francis Greenslade's lively narration possesses just the right touch of restraint and provides a counterpoint to the zaniness of the story. His ability to portray villains and heroes underscores the theme of appearances being deceptive. This boisterous story will be enjoyed by listeners of any age.
